This 1968 Camaro RS/SS has undergone a professional frame-off restoration and is presented in outstanding condition inside and out. Finished in its original Matador Red, the paint shows excellent quality and is complemented by excellent body gaps, chrome, trim, and rubber fitment throughout. The black and gray DELUXE houndstooth interior looks sharp and clean, and it is equipped with a console, gauges, and the factory TIC TOC tachometer. Power comes from a rebuilt non-matching numbers 396 CID big block V8 bored .030 over, paired with a Muncie M20 4-speed manual transmission and a 12-bolt Posi differential with 3.31 gears. This Camaro delivers strong big block performance while remaining easy to drive. The Rally Sport hidden headlights work properly with upgraded Detroit Speed electric motors, and all new glass gives the car an excellent finish and fit. Additional upgrades include all new suspension, front disc brakes, power steering, and an upgraded stainless steel gas tank. This is a Van Nuys, California-built Camaro that shows an estimated 2,000 miles on the new engine. The reverse lights are not hooked up and are the only lights not working on the car.
