| 1947 FORD SUPER DELUXE CONVERTIBLE. This was a California car and never has had rust or rust repairs. Car was part of my fathers collection and he has since passed. The Ford has been restored to show quality on a scale of 100 we feel this car would score a 90+. Probably not a complete "concours" car but exceptionally nice and beyond just a "driver". It has been restored to we feel a very accurate condition and everything operates as it should with a new battery installed September 2023,. There are no visible leaks and no repairs on the car are needed. Interior is free from rips, tears, separations or wear on any parts including seats, carpets, armrests, glass and as well as convertible top. No smells or mildew in the interior of the car. I am a classic car appraiser, licensed and bonded and do work for the Gilmore Car Museum of Hickory Corners Michigan so I feel we are representing the car accurately. The only "non-correct" parts I can see are the Cadillac wheel covers that were on it when my father purchased it about 2010. We are located near the Gerald R. Ford airport in Grand Rapids, Michigan should someone need to fly in for inspection. |
